1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact
Any return request after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling

Products returned without original packaging or tags

Products purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless defective)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery

Share your Order ID, issue details, and clear images/video of the product

Our team will review the request and approve it if eligible
Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for size or product defects, subject to stock availability

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered
6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
7. Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged:

Do not accept the delivery, or

Record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
