  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner operations.

  • Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical issues may cause delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • Any additional charges due to remote location delivery will be communicated before dispatch.


4. Delivery Partners

  • We work with reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.

  • Benko India is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies once the package has been handed over.


5. Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

  • Benko India will not be responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.


6. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.


7. International Shipping

  • Currently, Benko India ships within India only (unless stated otherwise).

  • International shipping availability and charges will be updated separately if applicable.
